利用規約

■薬の処方に関する方針
当カウンセリングルームでは、薬の処方を行っておりません。ご提供するのはカウンセリングのみとなりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

■お支払いについて
カウンセリング料金は、事前に指定口座への振込または当日現金でお支払いをお願いいたします。具体的な支払い方法は、ご予約時にご確認ください。

■キャンセルポリシー
キャンセルやご予約内容の変更は、3日前までにご連絡ください。
それ以降につきましては、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
　ご予約日3日前〜1日前のキャンセル：料金の38％
　ご予約日1日前〜24時間以内のキャンセル：料金の50％
　ご予約内容の変更（ご予約日3日以降の変更）：料金の25％
事前にカウンセリング料をお支払いいただいた場合、支払い済みの金額は次回のカウンセリング料金に充当いたします。

■ご利用者の責任
ご予約いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。お支払いやキャンセル規定に従わない場合、セッションの権利を失う場合や追加料金が発生する可能性があります。

■Non-Prescription Policy
Please note that our counseling services do not include the provision of any prescription medication. We focus solely on providing therapeutic counseling sessions.

■Payment
Counseling fees must be paid either by bank transfer prior to the session or in cash on the day of the session. The specific payment method will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

■Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 3 days before your appointment for any cancellations or changes.
Requests made after this period will incur the following fees：
　＊¥2,000 for any changes made after 3 days from the appointment
　＊¥3,000 for any cancellations made 1-3 days before the appointment
　＊¥4,000 for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment
In cases where the counseling fee has already been paid in advance, this amount will be carried over to your next session.

■Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you agree to abide by these terms and understand that failure to meet payment and cancellation requirements may result in the loss of the session or additional charges.
