代金（対価）の支払期限と方法

ご利用日にクレジットカードでのお支払いが確定します。

キャンセル（返金）ポリシー

キャンセルやご予約内容の変更は、3日前までにご連絡ください。
それ以降につきましては、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
　ご予約日3日前〜1日前のキャンセル：料金の38％
　ご予約日1日前〜24時間以内のキャンセル：料金の50％
　ご予約内容の変更（ご予約日3日以降の変更）：料金の25％

Please contact us at least 3 days before your appointment for any cancellations or changes.
Requests made after this period will incur the following fees：
　＊25％ of the counseling fee for any changes made after 3 days from the appointment
　＊38％ of the counseling fee for any cancellations made 1-3 days before the appointment
　＊50％ of the counseling fee for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment
