利用規約

Rental Terms

The monthly rent is 300,000yen during December to March and 200,000yen from April to November.
A refundable security deposit of 100,000yen is required and will be returned after check-out if no damage is found.

All utilities
water, gas, electricity, and WiFi
are included in the rent.
For heating, 100 liters of oil are provided each month.

The minimum stay is one month, and the maximum stay is four months.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer through the AirReserve system.

Cleaning Service

If you would like to request cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for 15,000yen per visit.
For a comfortable stay, we recommend scheduling cleaning once a week.


House Rules

Please follow these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Please avoid parties or loud noise after 10:00 p.m.
Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
Please separate garbage according to Otaru City’s recycling rules (instructions are provided in the house).
Close all windows and turn off heaters when leaving the house.
Do not use oil heaters unattended or while sleeping.
Parking is available for one small car only.
If anything is damaged or not working, please inform us immediately.


Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: after 11:00 a.m.
Check-out: by 2:00 p.m.
