こちらは、ナイキジャパン FY22 サンプルセールの事前登録のサイトです。
This is a Nike Japan FY22 Sample Sale pre-registration website.

= 対象者について =

正社員 (FTE) / 契約社員 (FTC) / エクスパット (EXPATS)
-顔写真付きカードキー（黒色、赤字もしくは白字）を所有している本人
＊撮影前の方は、名前のみのカードキーも可(白色、緑＋黒字)
-1回の来場につき、社員1名に対し、ゲスト2名様まで一緒に来場可能
（社員1名+ゲスト2名=合計3名）
自分を含めた人数を選択してください。

＊ゲストとは：ご家族、ご友人など社員個人との直接的な関係がある方が対象
また、小学生以上の方については、大人1名様として登録が必要になります。

派遣社員(ETW)/業務委託スタッフ(ETW)/アルバイトスタッフ
-顔写真付きカードキー（白色、黒字）を所有している本人のみ
＊撮影前の方は、名前のみのカードキーも可(白色、緑＋黒字)
-ETW、アルバイトスタッフはゲストを伴う来場は不可
人数は「１名」を選択してください。「１名」以外を選択された場合は、
無効となります。


＝受付にて確認を実施します＝

ナイキの従業員について：顔写真付きカードキーの確認をします。
ゲストについて：身分証明書（公的証明書：運転免許証、保険証、パスポートなど）の提示をして頂きます。

上記に記載された範囲以外の方は、入場できません。



Full-time employees (FTE), Contract employees (FTC), EXPATs
-Employee who has a card key (black card with red or white letters)
*If you have not taken a photo for your card key, please bring the one with your name on. (white card with green + black letters)
-Each full-time/contract employee may bring up to two guests to the Sale. (1 employee + 2 guests = 3 people total)
Please the number that includes you.
* Guests include the employee's family or friends.Children over school age need to be registered as adults.

Nike Japan external temporary workers(ETW)and part-time staff
- Employee who has a card key (white card with black letters) only.
*If you have not taken a photo for your card key, please bring the one with your name on. (white card with green + black letters)
- ETW and part-time staff are NOT allowed to bring guests.
Please select "1 person" for the number of people. If you select a number other than "1," the application will be invalid.



Please present your relevant ID at the reception of the Sale.
Employees: Yourphoto ID (card key)
Guests:Official photo ID (e.g. driver's license, Passport, etc.)

To join the Sample Sale, you must meet these requirements above.
