■If you arrive more than 30 minutes before your appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate you as we are busy with treatments, etc.

■For same-day reservations, there may be a delay in confirming your reservation if we are currently attending to other customers.

■We regretfully cannot allow customers who have received the COVID-19 vaccine or other vaccinations to enter the salon. If you do not inform us, you may be asked to leave.

■We may refuse treatment depending on your health condition.

■Lateness: The treatment plan for the day will be changed.

■We regret that we cannot allow entry to anyone who has been vaccinated.

■Please refrain from visiting if you have any health concerns.

■We may refuse service based on your travel history.

■Please inform us if you have had cosmetic surgery.
